The history of the Foxhounds begins in 1650, when R. Brooke, during his move to America, brought with him a pure English breed. As a result of crossing the English species with the Irish and French hounds, a new breed was developed, which is now known as the American Foxhound. From its ancestors, the dog gained a strong character, an energetic disposition, and a noble appearance.
