There are “designer” varieties of Yorkshire terriers of non-standard colors: Biewer-Yorkies. Their coat structure is somewhat different from Yorkies (more developed undercoat), and the dominant color can be white, as well as a chocolate brown with brown pigmentation on the nose, paws, and eyelids. These varieties are not recognized by all canine organizations.
