The Norwegian Lundehund is one of the rarest breeds. These dogs are also called Norwegian puffin huskies. The fact is that they were once used as seabird hunters called Puffins. These birds live on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean: in the west and east of Greenland, on the coasts of Newfoundland and Labrador, on the coast of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, as well as on the western and northern coasts of the Scandinavian Peninsula, where the Lundehund were distributed.
