The first litters from them were obtained in 1985 and 1986, and already in 1987, the breed was shown at the Brno Exhibition Center. Subsequently, from 1987 to 1992, 35 litters were bred, several more dogs of a similar phenotype were used for genetic diversity with strict control and selection of the resulting offspring. The merit in the restoration of the Bohemian shepherd dog belongs to canine handlers Jan Findeis and Vilém Kurz.
