An adult representative of the breed reaches a height at the withers of 48-59 cm and a weight of 23-25 ​​kg. The head is wedge-shaped, in proportion to the body. The neck is massive, muscular. The ears are set high, drooping, wide, triangular in shape with curled ends. Expressive almond-shaped eyes of amber or brown color. The coat is of medium length, soft and shiny. The main color is black or brown with symmetrical red or brown markings on the cheekbones, chest, forehead, and legs.
