Chihuahuas do not have major health problems, but like all breeds, they can be born or acquire certain conditions. Not all Chihuahuas will contract any or all of these diseases, but it is important to be aware of them in order to be informed when interviewing breeders and to know what to look for throughout your Chihuahua’s life.
