The appearance of Bedlington Terriers differs significantly from other dogs: they have a convex back, long legs, and their coat gives them similarity to a sheep. Their coat consists of soft and coarse hair, it lags behind the body and is crisp to the touch, but not hard. In places, it is curly, especially on the head and muzzle. To participate in the show, the coat must be trimmed at a distance of two centimeters from the body, on the paws, it is slightly longer.
