Sometimes I want to imagine what our ancestors were like thousands of years ago, how they lived, how they thought. Unfortunately, only the ruins of ancient cities and chronicles heavily distorted by historians of different times have survived to this day. And only the aboriginal dog breeds, which miraculously survived in some places of the earth, are living relics of that ancient era, which survived millennia and retained their original appearance. One of these dogs is Gampr or the Caucasian Shepherd Dog of the Armenian Highlands.
